Mixed Bed Unit
- Description
Salila Envirotech Pvt. Ltd. Mixed Bed Unit removes dissolved salts from the water. TDS < 1 PPM is achieved at the outlet of the system. Mixed Bed Unit consists Anion and Cation exchange both in same unit, thus providing higher quality permeate at the outlet. HCl and NaOH are used to regenerate Mixed Bed Unit after exhaustion of OBR. Extensively used for Industrial and Pharmaceutical applications. Mixed Bed Unit requires RO or De Mineralization system as pretreatment.

- One Vertical Cylindrical vessel with Hemispherical Ends (Dish Ends), inclusive of:
- One Set of Internal Collection and Distribution System
- One initial charge of Resin for Mixed Bed Unit as per process requirement
- One Set of Frontal Pipework and valves as per system design
- MB Unit with Vessel MOC as FRP and operated through Manual/ Auto Valve’s
- Two nos. of pressure gauges to calculate pressure drop across system
- Operating pressure of 2.5 to 3.5 bar
- One No. of each Acid Measuring Tank and Caustic Dilution Tank
- One No. of Conductivity Indicator
